Why Paciol?
Typically, having a registered business address is the first stepping stone of company incorporation in Singapore. Finding an inexpensive business address is challenging in Singapore’s dynamic commercial real estate mark. However, if you don’t need an office at this stage or are looking for something at a more reasonable price, Paciol can be your one-stop solution. If you meet the conditions stipulated by HDB and the Urban Redevelopment Authority, you can use your residential address as the registered address for your company.
Alternatively, you can also consider a business address offered by us. The business address can add credibility to your company when you present your enterprise profile or portfolios to your prospective clients.
FAQs
1. Who must be notified regarding the change of company address?
If you are changing your company’s registered address you must notify the CRA, IRAS, CPF, MOM, your suppliers and of course, your customers or clients.
2. What is the difference between physical and virtual offices?
A physical or live office has at least one administrative personnel to attend to and act accordingly for all the correspondence mails. Businesses with sufficient capital go for physical offices, and given Singapore’s land scarcity, renting office premises is extremely expensive. However, virtual offices only provide mail notification and mail forwarding services. The virtual model is best for businesses with working from home structures, or for foreign entrepreneurs who want to start minimal overhead costs without any physical office address in Singapore.
